1. Services

Web AI Digital provides web design, development, CRM setup, SEO, social media management, paid advertising management, and content creation services for businesses. The specific scope of work is defined in individual project proposals and agreements.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Generally, a deposit of 50% is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For ongoing services, monthly invoicing applies.

3. Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to client feedback cycles, third-party dependencies, or scope changes. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing necessary content, images, and brand assets
  • Providing timely feedback during the review process
  • Ensuring they have rights to all provided content
  • Maintaining hosting and domain registrations after project completion

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom code and design work created for their project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included depends on the selected package. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Web AI Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website.
